Please be advised starting April 1st, 2022, price changes will take into effect across all our menu offerings. The price increases reflect the ongoing pandemic and supply chain constraints across the market – which include items like ingredients, packaging, operating costs, etc. We are working diligently to ensure that your favorite treats remain bespoke all while absorbing much of the market impacts as possible. 

We appreciate YOU in the understanding of these challenging times. 

If you would like to modify your order, we ask that you please email us immediately! Change requests must be submitted at least 3 days prior to your pick up date. Any changes less than 3 days notice unfortunately cannot be modified (including cancellations).

Please be sure to double check your order prior to finalizing.  

We do our best to check these requests frequently, however, not all change requests are guaranteed. Please reach out to us sooner than later!

Updating Items of Your Order

Please give us an email with the following subject line(s):

ORDER#—ADDING ITEMS TO ORDER

ORDER#—REMOVE ITEMS FROM ORDER

In the body of the email do not forget to mention the items with which you wish to add or remove from your order. Multiple requests for the same order should be sent to us in one email.

Gift Message Update

Please give us an email with the following subject line: ORDER#—GIFT MESSAGE UPDATE be sure to provide your updated gift message (no more than 150 characters). Don’t for get to leave who it is from!

Cancellation Requests

Please give us an email with the following subject line: ORDER#—CANCELLATION.

Delivery Date Update Requests

Please give us an email with the following subject line: ORDER#—DELIVERY DATE UPDATE. In the body of the email be sure to include your new delivery date request. 

eGift cards are available in increments of $10, $20, $50, and $100+ which can be ordered HERE.

At this time physical cards are not available. 

[eGift cards will not be replaced is lost/deleted via email. eGift cards are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable for cash except to the extent required by applicable law.]

Local Delivery (DC)

Delivery is only available within the District of Columbia. The delivery fee is a flat rate of $15 for all orders.

Orders at this time are not available for delivery in Maryland or Virginia. 

If you have placed an order for pickup on the date of one of our Pop Ups at the Flea at Eastern Market, your order will be ready for scheduled pick up date until 3pm. Make sure to double check market hours and LOCATION prior to pick up.

Same day pick up is ONLY  available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at business location. Orders for same day pick up must be placed by 12 noon the same day.

Yes, of course! Gift notes can be included at check out. Your message will be hand written and included in your order for your recipient!

Please follow the instruction below:

1: Click on our treats HERE.

2. Add your favorite treats to your cart.

3. Select “Delivery” or “Pick Up”.

4.  If selecting Delivery please be sure to enter a local DC address. 

5. If selecting Pickup please select the Flea at Eastern Market or Main Address. (Note Market or Main Address order will only be fulfilled on the day of a Market or available for pick up on Tuesdays or Thursdays before 12 noon that same day.)

6. Click Check Out.

7. At checkout, you may enter a coupon code/eGift card (if you have one) and billing information. 

8. Be sure to double check all your information is correct prior to finalizing your order!

Local Delivery (DC)

Delivery is only available within the District of Columbia. The delivery fee is a flat rate of $15 for all orders.

Orders at this time are not available for delivery in Maryland or Virginia. 

You can find Donna Faye’s Bakery every two weeks as scheduled at the Flea at Eastern Market in Washington, DC.

 

We are committed to maintaining diligent hygiene practices while baking, packaging, and at each of our Markets. 

All team members are required to wear a mask, wash hands, sanitize after handling items (especially at Markets) get their temperature taken daily, and adhere to travel restrictions and quarantine guidelines. 

Cookies stay fresh at room temperature for five days and can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer for up to one month. 

Cakes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to five days, and up to two weeks in the freezer. Cakes are best served at room temperature.

Some of our customers like to eat our cookies and cake warm with ice cream! Please be sure to warm cookies no longer than 45 seconds in a microwave. Ensure cookies are laid flat and not stacked when warming cookies.  

When warming cakes reheat in a microwave for +/- 45 seconds or in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 – 10 minutes.

Be sure to remove your treats from the original packaging prior to warming!

Butter Cookies

Our cookies contain wheat, milk and soy.

Pound Cakes

Our cakes contain wheat, eggs, and soy. Cakes may contain traces of tree nuts and peanuts.

Granola

Granola contains walnuts and almonds.

All of our cookies, cakes and granola are made on shared equipment in a kitchen that also process gluten, soy, dairy, and nuts. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs or wheat allergens.

Pricing may vary for different  types of customized gift packaging. 

Yes! Vegan/gluten free butter cookies are available.

We ask for a minimum of 2 week’s notice for bulk orders and we offer a 15% off discount on orders of $900+. This discount excludes delivery fees.
